PEPPER MARKET REPORT - KEY HIGHLIGHTS
| 01 | World - Pepper prices in April 2021 showed a positive outlook with no origins reported a decrease. |
| 02 | IPC Price Index and Composite Price – Price index and composite price of both black and white pepper for April 2021 were reported positive as it increased by 7.5% for black pepper and 10.3% for white pepper.

| 03 | Indonesia – The increase of Indonesian pepper price contributed to the rise of demand amidst the limited stock. Though farmers\' stocks depleted, it was reported that some speculators bought a hefty amount for their in-stock and further business. |
| 04 | Viet Nam – The increase of Viet Nam pepper price contributed to the rise of demand amidst the limited stock. Although pepper prices are high, this year\'s crop output has decreased tremendously in Viet Nam. |
