ASIA'S LARGEST FOOD & BEVERAGE INGREDIENTS EXHIBITION IN JAKARTA, INDONESIA
Jakarta is chosen as one from the two locations aside from Bangkok for the 25th Food Ingredients Asia (FIA) Exhibition. The three (03) days events taking place from 7 to 9 September 2022 at the Jakarta International Exo, Jakarta, is designed to demonstrate how B2B trade fairs could operate safely and effectively as the world slowly recovers from the global pandemic of COVID-19.

This year, FIA Indonesia brings together 300 renown exhibitors of leading domestic and international ingredients supplier, distributors and F&B manufactures which promote their businesses and showcase their latest products and technology to more than 19,000 visitors. Few of the key exhibitor include the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Cargill, McCormick, PT Supa Surya Niaga, Haldin, Synthite, Kancor Mane.Furthermore, the 25th FIA Indonesia exhibition provides variety of conferences, technical seminars, dedicated zones as well as the priceless chance to absorbs the industry’s knowledge and learn from the experts and gain insight on latest trends and development.

In the events designed to enhance network building and enlarge connection, the International Pepper Community (IPC) was able to attend and meet with some of the key figures of the industry. Ms. Firna Azura Ekaputri Hj. Marzuki, the Executive Director of IPC managed to have an insightful Meeting with one of Indonesia’s leading Processor of Edible Nuts & Spices which has been in the industry for the past 23 years, PT. Supa Surya Niaga. During the brief meeting, Mr. S. Kris, Director of the PT. Supa Surya Niaga highlighted the importance of value addition as it would consequently support the farmers’ economy. The Executive Director also highlighted the crucial role of cooperation among stakeholders of the industry in order to develop and ensure the sustainability of the pepper sector.
