Paving the Future trough Cross-Nation Collaboration

Numbers do more than measure progress; they shape it. On 29 October 2025, the 30th Pepper Exim Meeting took place in Kochi, India, as part of the 53rd Annual Session of the International Pepper Community (IPC). The meeting brought together representatives from IPC member countries and other major pepper-producing nations to share data, insights, and outlooks that shape the direction of the global pepper industry.
Distinguished delegates from India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, and Viet Nam presented their national updates, joined by Mr. Jasvinder Singh Sethi, Consultant to IPC, who shared the Brazilian pepper outlook, and Ms. Suon Chula from the Cambodia Pepper and Spice Federation, who offered valuable insights on Cambodia’s pepper development. Together, their reports provided a clear mapping of production realities, trade dynamics, and future opportunities.

By consolidating and interpreting national statistics, countries can craft more targeted programs for their pepper sectors, while the industry gains the foresight needed to plan sustainable trade and partnerships. Reliable data and thoughtful collaboration form the cornerstone of resilient growth and equitable progress.
Through continued partnership among producing nations, the International Pepper Community reaffirms its mission to transform data into dialogue and cooperation into shared prosperity for the global spice world.
