Preparing the Ground for IPC 2026: A Dialogue with PT. Supa Surya Niaga

Long before a global session convenes, alignment begins quietly, through conversation, trust, and shared responsibility.
On 13 February 2026 in Surabaya, the International Pepper Community (IPC), led by Executive Director Ms. Marina Novira Anggraini, held a consultative meeting with PT. Supa Surya Niaga, represented by its Director, Mr. Kris Supa, and his team. In an atmosphere that was informal yet purposeful, the dialogue focused on preparations for Indonesia's Chairmanship of the IPC in 2026.
At the center of the exchange was early coordination for the 54th Annual Sessions and Meetings of the IPC, scheduled for the final quarter of 2026. Beyond logistical readiness, discussions emphasized alignment between intergovernmental priorities and industry perspectives, ensuring that the forthcoming sessions reflect the collective interests of IPC's member countries. IPC extends its sincere appreciation to PT. Supa Surya Niaga for its constructive engagement and expressed support. When industry stakeholders participate proactively in preparatory dialogue, the foundation for international cooperation becomes stronger and more resilient.
As an intergovernmental platform, IPC values consultations of this nature across all member countries. Sustainable progress in the global pepper sector is shaped through steady collaboration between policy frameworks and market realities.
The journey toward 2026 continues, built on dialogue, partnership, and shared commitment.
