The International Pepper Community Secretariat received a courtesy visit from H.E Yasoja Gunasekera, Ambassador of Sri Lanka to Indonesia and ASEAN.
During the short visit, the Ms. Firna Azura Ekaputri Hj. Marzuki, the Executive Director of IPC briefed Her Excellency on the International Pepper Community’s function, programmes as well as the latest update of the global pepper industry. Her Excellency was also briefed on the various pepper product and its value-added application.
We also explored possible collaboration between the IPC Secretariat and the Sri Lankan Embassy particularly in the areas of pepper trade and investment, sustainability and initiatives on value-added products for pepper.
