Food and Ingredients Asia Indonesia
The 28th edition of Indonesia’s largest food and beverage ingredients event, Food Ingredient Asia (FiAsia)  Indonesia which was held from 4 – 6 September 2024 Jat akarta International Expo Kemayoran (JIExpo). With the them,“Elevating the Future Food Value Chain through Innovation and Sustainabilityâ€, the 28th FiAsia showcased 700 world renowned and best food and ingredients businesses from 38 countries with around 22,800 expected Food and Ingredient enthusiasts.

The opening ceremony of the three day Exhibitions was officiated by Expert Staff to the Minister of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia for Strengthening Domestik Industrial Capabilities, Mr. Igantius Warsito. The opening ceremony was also becoming the moment in which the signing of Memorandum of Understanding between the Thailand Institute of Scientific and Techonlogical Resaearch (TISTR) and National Research and Innovation Agency of Indonesia (BRIN).

The Executive Director of the International Pepper Community, Madam Firna Azura Ekaputri Hj. Marzuki as the one of the invited Guests from the International Organization took upon the chance to go thru some of the Businesses shwocasing their products and services at the Fi Asia Indonesia 2024.

On the sidelines of the Exhibition, the Executive Director of IPC visited one of the long partners and supporters of IPC, PT. Supa Surya Niaga  which is a spices company with over 20 years of experience and have complete facilities for cleaning, drying and packing of spices as well as various product and system certifications. During the brief visit of PT. Supa Surya Niaga’s booth at Fi Asia Indonesia 2024, the Executive Director had a short discussion with the owner of PT. Supa Surya Niaga, Mr. Suppaiah Krishnan, on the current development of the global pepper industry as well as the pepper price movement which in recent month had been heavily fluctuating.
