MARKET REPORT - KEY HIGHLIGHTS
| 01 | World - Market this week showed mixed response with only Viet Nam local price was reported with an increase. |
| 02 | India - Indian pepper price responding negatively this week which could be contributed to the weakening of Indian Rupee against the US Dollar (INR 74.35 @ 1 USD), recording a 1% depreciation. |
| 03 | Indonesia - Indonesian both local and international price continued to be reported stable this week as less quantity being traded. |
| 04 | Malaysia - Malaysian both local and international prices continued to be reported stable this week since the beginning of this month. |
| 05 | Sri Lanka - After the celebration of Tamil Thai Pongal Holiday last week, Sri Lanka local price responded negatively this week. |
| 06 | Viet Nam - Despite Viet Nam local price were reported with an increasing trend, on international level Viet Nam pepper price continued to be reported with a loss. |
| 07 | Import of Pepper by South Korea (2019 - 2021). |
