MARKET REPORT - KEY HIGHLIGHTS

The pepper market this week showed a mix response with only Sri Lankan local price reported with an increase.

The Indian pepper price continued to be reported stable for the last three (3) weeks.

Even though the Indonesian Rupiah strengthened against the US Dollar (IDR 14,945 @ 1 USD)
or 1% appreciation, both local and international prices for Indonesia reported with a decreasing trend this week.

Both local and international prices for Malaysia reported stable and unchanged this week.

Local price for Sri Lankan pepper responded positive this week.

Vietnamese local pepper price continued to be reported stable for the last two (2) weeks.
Whilst the Vietnamese international price reported with a decreasing trend this week as market quite stable.
