MARKET REPORT - KEY HIGHLIGHTS

The pepper market this week showed a rather negative outlook with only Vietnamese local black pepper reported
with a decreasing trend as Muslims around the world celebrated Eid al-Fitr.
After reported with a deceasing trend for the last two (2) weeks both local and international price for Indian pepper reported stable this week.
Indonesian markets were reportedly closed due to the Eid al-Fitr public holiday.
Both local and international price for Malaysian pepper reported stable and unchanged.
After reported with a decreasing trend for the last two (2) weeks, the local price for Sri Lankan pepper reported stable this week.
Only Vietnamese local black pepper price reported with a decreasing trend this week. Whilst, the others remained stable.

Brazilian black pepper, Cambodian black pepper and Chinese white pepper continued to be reported stable and unchanged since last week.
