MARKET REPORT - KEY HIGHLIGHTS

The pepper market this week showed a mix response.
After reported with an increasing trend for the last two (2) weeks, both local and international price for Indian pepper reported stable this week.
Indonesian black pepper reported with a decreasing trend this week.
Whilst, Indonesian white pepper continued to be reported with an increasing since last week.
Furthermore, most pepper farmers in Lampung province had finished harvesting.
Only international price for Malaysian black pepper reported stable this week. Whilst, the others reported with increasing trend.
After reported with an increasing trend for the last three (3) weeks, the local price for Sri Lankan pepper reported stable this week.
The local price for Vietnamese pepper reported with a decreasing trend this week.
Whilst, international price for Vietnamese pepper reported stable and unchanged.

Brazilian black pepper continued to be reported with a decreasing trend since last week.
Whilst, Cambodian black pepper remained stable and unchanged. Furthermore,
Chinese white pepper reported with an increasing trend this week.
