MARKET REPORT - KEY HIGHLIGHTS


The global pepper market exhibited mixed trends this week, with only Indonesian black pepper reporting an upward trend.
Both local and international prices for Indian pepper remained stable throughout the week.
Indonesian black pepper experienced an upward trend. In contrast, Indonesian white pepper prices remained stable due to limited market transactions.
The local price of Malaysian pepper showed a downward trend, while the international price remained stable.
Both local and international prices of Vietnamese pepper have declined for three consecutive weeks.
Prices of Brazilian black pepper and Chinese white pepper remained stable. However, Cambodian black pepper prices showed a downward trend.

France\'s pepper exports (2023–2025) totaled 1,281 metric tons as of March 2025, with Poland as the top importer (374 Mt), followed by Italy, the United Kingdom, Algeria, and the United States of America.
