MARKET REPORT - KEY HIGHLIGHTS

Market this week showed a mixed response with only Viet Nam pepper price recorded a decrease.
Following five weeks without an increasing trend, Indian pepper price responded positively this week.
Both local and international prices for Indonesia continued to be reported stable for the last three weeks.
Both local and international price for Malaysia continued to be reported stable for the last six weeks.
Even though Sri Lankan Rupee continued to be weakened against the US Dollar (LKR 305.05 @ 1 USD), recorded 2% depreciation,
local price for Sri Lanka responded positively this week.
Only Viet Nam local white pepper price continued to be reported stable this week. Whilst, the rest responded negatively.
