MARKET REPORT - KEY HIGHLIGHTS


The pepper market this week showed a mix response with only Indonesian white pepper reported with a decrease.
The Indian pepper price reported with an increasing trend for the last two (2) weeks.
Indonesian black pepper reported with an increasing trend this week. Whilst, Indonesian white pepper reported with a decrease as some farmers have finished their harvest.
Both local and international prices for Malaysian pepper remained stable and unchanged this week.
The local price for Sri Lankan pepper reported with an increasing trend since last week.
The Vietnamese local black pepper price continued to be reported with a decreasing trend for the last three (3) weeks. Whilst, the others remained stable and unchanged as the market reported quiet.
