MARKET REPORT - KEY HIGHLIGHTS
| 01 | World - Market this week showed mixed response with Sri Lanka local price was reported with the highest increase. |
| 02 | India - Malabar black pepper price continued responding positively this week. |
| 03 | Indonesia - Both Black and white pepper reported stable this week as less quantity moving in the market. |
| 04 | Malaysia - Malaysian pepper price both local and international continued responding negatively for the past three weeks. |
| 05 | Sri Lanka - After being reported stable since the mid-August, Sri Lanka local price this week was reported with a significant increase. |
| 06 | Viet Nam - Viet Nam black and white pepper price continued responding positively since 2nd week of September. |
| 07 | US - Pepper market remained stable to slightly firmer due to container issues. Furthermore, Brazil was reported with low-price but container difficult to ship. |
| 08 | Export of Pepper by Portugal (2019 - 2021). |
