MARKET REPORT - KEY HIGHLIGHTS

Market this week continued with a rather negative outlook with no origins were reported with an increase.
Indian pepper price remained negative since last week.
As Indonesian Rupiah weakened against the US Dollar (IDR 14,681 @ 1 USD), recorded 1% depreciation, pepper price for Indonesia responded negatively this week.
Both local and international price for Malaysia reported stable this week.
Even though Sri Lankan Rupee strengthened against the US Dollar (LKR 359.61 @ 1 USD), recorded 1% appreciation, local price for Sri Lanka
pepper responded negatively this week.
Both local and international price for Viet Nam were reported with a decreasing trend this week.
Import of Pepper by Bahrain (2020 - 2022).
