MARKET REPORT - KEY HIGHLIGHTS
| 01 | World - Market this week showed mixed response due to the latest COVID-19 crisis, weakening local currency against the US Dollar and Eid Al-Fitr holiday break which put pressures on the pepper production and trading activities around the world. |
| 02 | Indonesia - Market slightly dipped with no business after Eid Al-Fitr holiday break. Decrease of the Indonesian price due to weakening of the local currency against the US Dollar. |
| 03 | Malaysia - Prices for black and pepper have increased significantly in May 2021 compared to same period last year. |
| 04 | USA - Market was reported with limited trading activities. Muntok white pepper CF June/July at USD 6,200 per Mt. |
